I started dancing more than 20 years ago, but discovering bachata brought a new kind of happiness into my life. It gave me joy, laughter, connection and so many moments of fun. I noticed how much dancing helped me feel better, both physically and emotionally. Bachata became something I looked forward to a space to move, connect and simply enjoy being myself. Now, through Bailemos Amsterdam, I want to share my knowledge and love for bachata with the community, and give others a little of the happiness it has brought me.

Before your first class

I’ve never danced bachata. Where do I start?
Choose a beginners class in the live calendar. Improver and intermediate classes are for dancers who already know the basics. Not sure? Ask the school before booking.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes and clean shoes that let you move easily. Check the class page for the exact studio and address.
Can I come on my own?
The current Bachata Beginners class welcomes solo dancers or partners. For another class or team training, check with the school first.
When is my booking confirmed?
Holding a place is temporary. With online checkout, your booking is confirmed only after the verified payment update from Mollie. If online payment is unavailable, the booking page explains how to arrange payment with the school.
